General Membership Meeting

Dear Neighbors,

A general meeting will be held for the Richland Meadows Neighborhood Association (RMNH).  All Richland Meadows residences are welcome.  No kids please to avoid interruptions.

 Time: 

7-8:30 p.m. on 12/7/2023 (Thursday).  Come by 6:55 pm so the meeting can start at 7 pm. Cafeteria opens ~6:30 pm.

•    What has RMNA been and continues to do?

                         o July 4th flag distribution

                        o National Night Out (NNO)

•      What does RMNA wish to do?

                       o To have a spring picnic – need to be able to cover the cost (~$700)

4. Proposed By-Law Changes. - Bo

•    Change yearly voluntary membership due from $25 to $30 to cover some of the inflation over the years 
•    Changes to ensure Richland Meadows candidates for President, Vice President and Board of Directors are by people with at least some demonstrated track record in beneficial activities to the neighborhood.
